Tresna has a unique set of knowledge and skills including deep experience with systems complexity, 1-1 development (coaching, therapy, supervision), group development and facilitation, social research and programme design and development.
Post completing her doctorate in relational leadership at The School of Business, The University of Otago, Tresna identified an urgent need to support people in organisational systems to navigate an increasingly complex world - at pace. This resulted in over a decade of designing, testing and validating the two programmes she now offers.
With a Doctorate of Philosophy, a registered psychologist and registered ICC coach, Tresna has the right experience to support professionals to build the agency they need to sustainably navigate complex systems.
