Tresna teaches professionals how to collaboratively navigate and solve complex problems with precision and clarity in the age of the AI digital revolution. She has developed her expertise over more than three decades of design thinking and working with a diverse range of New Zealand organisations from legal firms to the military.
Tresna runs a 10-week online education and development programme Adaptive Navigation of Complex Systems where she teaches a comprehensive and validated framework for rapidly developing the skills needed for collaboratively navigating complex problems. This programme delivers deep insights into the way humans process complex information and provides the foundations for continuous capability development, essential to living through this next phase of human/technology evolution.
Tresna also runs a 3-month Advanced Practitioner Development programme, for people who have completed the 10-week foundational course. This programme supports professionals to strengthen their capabilities in the real world through 1-1 and group coaching.
